Accessibility at RestaurantCue

Restaurant teams should be able to use RestaurantCue across different devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.

Our commitment

RestaurantCue Inc is committed to making RestaurantCue usable by people with disabilities and by people using different devices, input methods, screen sizes, and assistive technologies. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target for our web accessibility work.

Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility. This statement does not represent a claim of perfect conformance or independent accessibility certification.

Accessibility practices

Our public site and shared product components are designed to support semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, appropriate form labels, meaningful alternative text for informative images, and text reflow across common screen sizes and zoom levels.

We aim to use native browser and accessibility semantics where practical rather than requiring pointer-only interaction or custom controls when a standard accessible control is available.

Testing and improvement

RestaurantCue uses automated accessibility testing as part of its browser-testing approach, including axe-based checks. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so keyboard operation, focus order, zoom and reflow, contrast, form errors, and assistive-technology behavior also require ongoing review.

We work to address accessibility issues as the product changes and treat barriers that prevent users from completing important workflows as product defects to investigate.

Third-party services and content

Some RestaurantCue workflows depend on third-party services, browsers, customer-uploaded documents, or external payment and authentication interfaces. We work to make RestaurantCue's own integration with those services accessible, but we do not control every aspect of an independent third-party interface or customer-provided document.

Accessibility assistance and feedback

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, email hello@restaurantcue.com. Please tell us the page or workflow involved, what you were trying to do, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using.

We will review accessibility reports and work to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to access the relevant information or function when feasible while the underlying issue is investigated. Please do not include passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive restaurant information in your initial message.
